During the Covid-19 Pandemic, there was a business that broke the 80-year-old record. If you also want to try your hand in the business world, then even you can get into this profitable business.
As we know that biscuits are always in demand. Even during pandemic, when other businesses were in loss, Parle G Biscuits have been sold so much that the record of the last 82 years was broken. In such a situation, setting up a bakery product making unit can prove to be a great option.
The government is also helping to start this business. You will easily get a loan under the government’s Mudra scheme. To start a manufacturing unit for making such biscuits, cakes, chips or bread, investment will have to be made in setting up a plant, low capacity machinery & raw material.
To start a business under the Mudra scheme, you have to invest only Rs 100000. Fund assistance up to 80% of the total expenditure will be available from the government. The government itself has prepared the project report. You can easily earn more than Rs 40000 per month from this business.
Assistance is provided by the central government to start own business through many schemes. Any citizen of the country can…
The total expenditure for setting up the project will be Rs 5.36 lakh. For this, if you have 1 lakh rupees, then the remaining amount will be available through Mudra loan. On selection under the Mudra scheme, you will get a term loan of Rs 2.87 lakh and a working capital loan of Rs 1.49 lakh from the bank.
Under the project, it is necessary to have own space of up to 500 sq. If not, then it has to be taken on rent and shown along with the project file. The total annual production and sales have been estimated at Rs 5.36 lakh as follows.
Production cost: Rs 14.26 lakh.
Turnover: Rs 20.38 lakh.
Gross profit: Rs 6.12 lakh.
Loan interest: Rs 50,000.
Income Tax: 13-15 thousand rupees.
Other expenses: Rs 70-75 thousand.
Net Profit: Rs 4.60 lakh.
Monthly income: 35-40 thousand rupees.
You can apply in any bank under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana to raise funds. For this, you will have to fill a form, in which these details will have to be given. Name, address, business address, education, current income and how much loan is required. There is no processing fee or guarantee fee to be paid in this. The loan amount can be returned in 5 years.
